Clinical Educator for Balance Rehabilitation

We are looking for a talented Clinical Educator who wants to explore the intersection between clinical expertise and commercial development through outstanding learning and training programs.
As Interacoustics continues to grow as the market leader in the Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation markets, our customer base is becoming more diverse and global. We therefore need to reach thousands of customers all around the world who need education and training in advanced products to supplement what they learned in their university or technical training programs. You will be part of the Balance Business Unit and will collaborate closely with vestibular audiologists and product managers to develop and enhance our complete product portfolio training toolbox.
The Job
You will develop training material to educate the global commercial organization specifically for balance rehabilitation – and eventually the broader physiotherapy segment. Establish and execute a plan for educating the commercial organization in close collaboration with the product managers, manufacturers, and existing training infrastructure.
Your tasks will also include:
Making clinical evaluation reports as needed to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
Providing input to new product development as needed.
Supporting local sales teams on local events.
To be a success in this role you:
Are a Trained Physical Therapist with inpatient or outpatient clinical experience, in patients with vestibular and balance-related disorders and/or neurologic disorders.
Are experienced in training and education.
like to travel and can travel internationally 50-60 days a year.
have experience with content creation Social Media Awareness
Are skilled with computer platforms, applications, PowerPoint, Camtasia, video and media platforms.
